		<description>I think you&#039;re being a little too credulous here.  Apple has gotten some bad press recently because even the labels are (privately, at least) hinting to the press that they&#039;re considering loosening up on DRM, and the main reason is that rather than helping protect their interests, the lock-in that Apple now has with Fairplay has given them more power than labels want any retailer to have.  So, I read this as Jobs trying to get out in front of something that&#039;s already happening, and his real agenda is to make his argument against licensing Fairplay.</description>
