Here's something for you to discuss over lunch - I certainly hope you've seen the video on "Seam Carving" to resize &#38; reshape images without dramatically affecting the subject detail... If not, check it out with some thoughts I've got about how this would be useful to the photo lab industry - I hope SM is the first on the block with this new tech!!
