Geek Dinner in Seattle on Jan 15th?
I’m going to be in Seattle on the 15th and would love to get some great food with some great geeks in the area.
Anyone interested? If so, please comment or email and we’ll coordinate. Appreciate suggestions on places to eat that are tasty and good for geek conversations, too.
You can always see where I’m going at Dopplr, too, if that’s your thing.

Don - I might be able to make it. Are you going to be in Seattle proper, or in Bellevue ?

I’d be in. Love SmugMug and your blog. What sort of food do you like? Lots of good Asian in Seattle, plenty of decent food in general. Let me know and I can suggest something.

I live downtown Seattle and would love to meet some fellow geeks for dinner. My favorite place to take friends is Buddha Belltown. I don’t know if their Thai food is authentic, but its really good.

I’m interested as well but don’t have a lot of recommendations for downtown.

I’m about 30 minutes out from downtown, but I’d love to attend… keep me updated.
I’m not enough of a regular to downtown dining to make too many suggestions, though I have a healthy obsession with the Coastal Kitchen (http://www.chowfoods.com/coastal/) — not sure what size parties they could handle, though.

Metropolitan Grill is a pretty nice place, they have private dining rooms too. The New Orleans is good also, not sure how they handle groups.
