This is usually fixed quickly by updating Java - go to <a href="http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp" rel="nofollow">Sun's website</a> and get the update, install it, and then <a href="http://www.smugmug.com/help/cookies" rel="nofollow">clear your cookies</a>. Close, reopen the browser and upload. All should be fine. Hi, sorry you are having troubles! This is usually fixed quickly by updating Java – go to Sun’s website and get the update, install it, and then clear your cookies. Close, reopen the browser and upload. All should be fine. If you still have troubles, holler for our Support Heroes, we’ll get you fixed no problem!
