It took me a few days to figure out why my pages had creeped up to the bottom of my header div. Just saying you may want to advertise that. It's a relatively easy fix on the cobranding of course. I just put as my last thing on my header a div with a class that would be moved down (I corrected the -10 by doubling it and then added some so my margin is 25px I think) and closed that tag first thing in my footer.
